Please complete the details required and our online calculator will allow you to work out the royalty owed if any. You should make separate declarations for the Winter (June-Jan) and Spring Sowing Seasons.

You can then submit your return and choose your payment method. Make a Nil Return (no use of Farm Saved Seed this season) by choosing the applicable options below, completing the grower details section and follow the instructions from there.

Please note:

• If you have sown a mixture of varieties, please return the quantity of each variety sown separately. If you harvested a mixture of varieties and saved it for seed, declare the quantity of seed sown in the original ratio the varieties were sown in together for the first time. This is to ensure all plant breeders get their fair share of monies paid.
• If you Farm Saved Seed but your farm size is less than 12 ha in total, please complete and submit the return, but no payment is required. We may contact you for verification.
• If the crop you saved is not listed please contact us by phone to make a declaration.
